1. Data controller

Sole proprietor Liudmyla Sidlovska (FOP) is the data controller (“we”, the “Provider”).

Tax ID and full details are provided in the invoice / act and upon the Customer’s request

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the Site, we may process:

• name or nickname you enter in forms;
• contact details: email, phone, Telegram or other messenger;
• message / brief text and selected service;
• technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time (via hosting and analytics);
• payment metadata from the provider (status, order id) — we do not store full card details;
• email / messenger correspondence related to your order.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

• receive and handle enquiries and perform the contract (offer);
• communicate about services, training, materials and payment;
• comply with legal duties (including FOP accounting / tax where applicable);
• improve the Site and understand traffic (aggregated analytics where possible);
• protect rights and security (fraud / abuse prevention).

Bases: your consent (e.g. submitting a form); necessity to enter into / perform a contract; legal obligations; legitimate interest in Site security and basic analytics compatible with your rights.

4. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to parties needed to run the Site and services:

• hosting / infrastructure (including Vercel);
• email provider (Resend) for lead emails;
• payment provider (WayForPay);
• analytics (Vercel Web Analytics; Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics; Meta Pixel);
• public authorities — only where required by law.

These parties process data under our instructions or as independent controllers under their own terms. If processing occurs outside Ukraine, we rely on providers that offer a reasonable level of protection.

5. Retention

Enquiries and order correspondence — for the contract term and up to 3 years after (or longer if needed for accounting / claims).

Payment confirmations — for FOP bookkeeping and tax retention periods.

Technical logs / analytics — per the relevant service policies, often aggregated.

After retention ends, data are deleted or anonymised unless law requires otherwise.

6. Your rights

You have rights under Ukrainian personal data law, including to know about collection sources and location of your data, receive information on access conditions, request correction of inaccurate data, protection against unlawful processing, withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based), and lodge complaints.

To exercise rights, email info@sidlovska.com. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 calendar days.

You may also contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights regarding personal data protection.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use strictly necessary cookies / similar technologies for page function and security.

Vercel Web Analytics, Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) and Meta Pixel collect visit and event statistics on the Site (page views, leads, purchases, etc.). Blocking scripts may limit analytics; core Site features still work.

8. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate for a small FOP: limited access to lead email, HTTPS, reputable providers. Absolute security online cannot be guaranteed; we will notify of incidents affecting your data as required by law.

9. Children’s data

The Site is not directed at persons under 18. If you believe we received a child’s data without grounds, contact us for deletion.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy by publishing a new version on this page with an updated date. Please review it periodically.
